Welcome to ABS Accounting.  We act as  "part time" financial controllers for small to medium business, assisting business owners to understand their business from a financial viewpoint. We provide  education, training and consulting services for most Accounting business software systems.  As CA Qualified Chartered Accountants we provide expert advice and support.  We are located in Wellington New Zealand and are approved consultants and resellers for MYOB, and Infusion software. We also provide support for all other accounting software packages, including Xero, Quickbooks and Accomplish.

Our aim is to assist  business ownerss to understand the financial aspects of their business so that they can make appropriate decisions to improve profitability and become successful. Accounting has traditionally been an area of "mumbo jumbo" for many people who think that it is only required for completing your tax return. We can help you understand how accounting works and why it can be such an important driver towards business profitability, without tearing your hair out.  Accounting software nowadays is relatively cheap, easy to understand, and can quickly provide many different reports on how your business is performing in order to help you make the rght decisions. All this without necessarily having to understand the intricacies of double entry, general journals and trial balances etc.
